Attorney Sarah Emily Still is a partner attorney at Herrera Still, PLLC, where she handles a wide range of criminal and family law cases throughout the State of Tennessee. A native of Cleveland, Bradley County, Tennessee, she brings both local insight and a strong academic background to her practice.
Attorney Still graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2024, earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence, and she holds a 2021 undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga, where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors, was recognized as an Innovation Scholar, and received the Highest Honors in her field.
Sarah Emily’s family law experience consists of providing assistance and representation to clients in agreed divorces, contested divorces, child custody disputes, and orders of protection in numerous counties across East Tennessee. No matter what type of family issue, Sarah Emily is dedicated to helping you navigate through these difficult situations, to protecting your rights, and to advocating for your goals and interests.
Attorney Still’s criminal law experience consists of providing assistance and representation to clients in a variety of cases ranging from Simple Possession and DUI to serious felonies. Attorney Still is especially passionate about helping clients with expungement of charges from their criminal records in Tennessee, and has extensive experience in doing so.
